I had a wonderful time at Tiki Shores! The location is unbeatable, right across from the lake, which made for great views and access. The room we stayed in was clean and offered a decent setup for our group’s needs. The staff, especially Rishita at the front desk, went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. However, I noticed that the air conditioning struggled a bit with the hot weather, and we could have used an extra touch of detail in the cleanliness of some areas. Overall, I would definitely come back.

My stay at Tiki Shores was mixed; the location across from Okanagan Lake is fantastic, and the outdoor pool area was delightful. However, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, with noticeable hair and dirt, and the linens had stains. Despite the negatives, the overall vibe of the place and the care from the manager were highlights of the trip.

I had an amazing stay at Tiki Shores, which is right across from the beach and offers a good value for money. The rooms were comfortable and clean, perfect for a family vacation, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The only downside was that the air conditioning struggled a bit during the extreme heat. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this resort for anyone visiting Penticton!

During my stay, I found the hotel to have a prime location right on the Okanagan Lake, which made for beautiful evening walks.
